Service Description

Enjoy a 75–90 minute restorative yoga session that concludes with a calming mini Reiki experience. You’ll move through approximately 60 minutes of restorative yoga, followed by 5–15 minutes of Reiki based on your individual needs. Rates are per person for individual sessions or individual‑plus‑one/two. If more than one person attends, mileage is applied to one member of the group.
