About the event
Transition into the Autumn season under the Harvest Full Moon with an evening of deep rest, renewal, and energetic healing. Blending restorative yoga with individual Reiki, this 2-hour event supports emotional release, soothes the nervous system, and nurtures the grounding, reflective energy of Fall.
Guided by Melissa Benson, RYT-500 and Reiki Master, you'll leave feeling grounded, relaxed, and nourished.
The studio will supply bolsters, blankets, hand towels, and blocks. Please bring a mat and water.
